Even gloomy February had its warm moments during Homecoming and Parents Weekend. Special highlights in honor of SPU’s 125th Anniversary celebration included a first-ever all-athletics reunion. The Falcon Hall of Fame gained its newest inductees in John Glancy, Virginia Husted, Cliff McCrath, and the ’78 men’s soccer team. SPU Crew students rowed with alumni in the annual crew regatta, and a men’s and women’s basketball double-header kept the crowd roaring for more. Other highlights included the Student Talent Show, theatre performances of An Ideal Husband, and a choir concert tribute to conductor David Anderson’s 25 years of teaching.
