<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>JOHN HAYS &#8217;74 </strong>(pictured right with <strong>GREG ASIMAKOUPOULOS &#8217;74</strong>) received the 2024 Roy Swanstrom Distinguished Centurion award during the Centurions Award Dinner in June 2024. The Roy Swanstrom Award is given each year to a Centurion alumnus who demonstrates the character qualities and Christian values of Centurion founder Dr. <a href="https://spu.edu/depts/uc/response/july97/sp_thm/people-story.html#2">Roy Swanstrom</a>, a beloved history professor at Seattle Pacific for 26 years.</p>
